Meet Lesley
Lesley has spent over 18 years working with adults, teenagers and couples in a number of capacities including counselling for relationships, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, grief, OCD and stress management.
Lesley is a Registered Clinical Counsellor in St. John’s, NL and member in good standing with the BCACC.
Lesley’s training and education includes a Bachelor’s Degree (BA) from the University of Waterloo and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) from Yorkville University.
She has completed additional training in the areas of grief and bereavement counselling, mental health first aid, spiritual care, suicide intervention, behaviour modification and applied behavioral analysis.

Meet Rick
Rick is a Registered Social Worker providing individual, couples, family and group therapy to adolescents and adults in St. John’s, NL. He specializes in the areas of borderline personality disorder, eating disorders, sexual issues, pornography addiction, LGBTQ+ challenges, anxiety, depression, self-harm, relationships, and those experiencing difficulty in regulating their emotions.
Rick attended Memorial University, obtaining a Master of Social Work with a focus in clinical therapy and leadership, Bachelor’s Degrees in Social Work and Sociology, and a Certificate in Criminology. He is intensively trained in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), sex therapy, and emotion-focused therapy for individuals, couples, and families. Rick regularly takes part in ongoing education and training to provide the most current evidence-based therapy practices.

Anthony is a Canadian Certified Counsellor and member in good standing with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. Anthony has experience supporting people in the St. John’s area challenged with grief and bereavement, trauma, suicidal thoughts and behaviours, depression, anxiety, stress management, gender identity issues, spiritual well-being, and Autism Spectrum Disorder. Meet Veronica
Veronica is a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) and member in good standing with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association.
Veronica provides counselling for adults in St. John’s dealing with grief and bereavement, trauma, suicidality, anxiety, stress management, depression, personality disorders, and spiritual well-being.
